That's because it's made from recycled plastic bags and this one looks like it's made from newspapers fused to the plastic bags. These bags are handcrafted in New Delhi, India. We've acquired handbags, totes, pouches and scarves directly from World Of Good, a fair trade company, who offer beautifully crafted goods from all around the world. They support artisans, who craft these products, that are protected through fair trade guidelines. We are very proud to offer these products to you. Each tag, attached to the goods, tell about the work around the world and about who made the item and where it was made. The method of shipping will be at our discretion. We will communicate with you how the item is to be shipped. For delicate, breakable items, we will require shipping insurance.
